Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued if your appointment is cancelled 24 hours or more before your appointment date - if you have not rescheduled with us. If we call you on your scheduled time and you do not answer within 5 minutes of us trying to reach you for a scheduled 15 or 30 minute appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. If you do not answer within 10 minutes of us trying to reach you for a scheduled 60 minute appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Furthermore, if we do reach you within 5-10 minutes after the scheduled start time of your scheduled call, the time used trying to reach you will be deducted from your time scheduled.
